This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 88300 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 88300 via https://88300.app or its associated mobile platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 88300 ("Platform", "We"). Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms is considered your acceptance of the revised terms.
The 88300 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 88300 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account that does not meet this requirement.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account at 88300. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date whenever changes occur.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. 88300 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.
You are required to keep your username and password confidential at all times. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 88300 support team immediately at [email protected].
88300 recommends using a strong, unique password and changing it regularly to keep your account secure.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the 88300 platform:
- Using bots, automated software, or any unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform's systems or networks
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through fake or linked accounts
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
- Unauthorised sharing or transfer of account balance to other users
3. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 88300 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to set thresholds and may vary depending on the payment method selected. Current limits can be viewed in the deposit section of your account after logging in.
Supported deposit methods include local bank transfers (FPX), e-wallets such as TNG eWallet, GrabPay, and ShopeePay, as well as major online banking services in Malaysia. Deposits are typically processed within minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and bank involved.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered and verified under the same user's name. 88300 reserves the right to request additional document verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits or where security risk indicators are present. Withdrawals that cannot be processed due to mismatched information will be returned to the user's account balance.
All bonuses and promotional credits earned are subject to the wagering requirements stated in their respective promotional terms. Bonus credits are non-transferable and will expire if the conditions are not met within the specified period.

4. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
88300 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict your account if suspicious activity is detected, a fraud report is received, or a compliance review is required. During the suspension period, you may be unable to make deposits, withdrawals, or place bets.
Users will be contacted via their registered email address when an account is suspended for verification purposes. The review process is typically completed within 3–7 business days.
88300 reserves the right to permanently close an account for reasons including: confirmed fraud, multiple account registrations, serious promotion abuse, or repeated violations of these terms. Where an account is confirmed closed due to fraud, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 88300 support team. Any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the document review process.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
88300 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or device damage. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and 88300 makes no warranties regarding continuous, uninterrupted availability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 88300 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of 88300 or its licensed rights holders. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent from 88300.
Third-Party Links
The 88300 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 88300 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
88300 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
